誰在營運 Pagoda

Pagoda 由其所有者營運，並決定下列資料的使用方式（資料控制者）。本服務沒有聯絡管道，因此你想對自己的資料做的事，都可以依「你的權利」一節所述，直接在應用程式內自行完成。

我們處理哪些資料

你選擇的顯示名稱與頭像、你所坐的座位或排隊位置、你在寺廟內走動時的位置，以及你的動作（鞠躬、問候、念珠、鐘）。網路位址僅在記憶體中用來計算開啟的連線數。瀏覽器的時區可能被傳送以選定粗略的天氣區域，不會被記錄或儲存。我們不會要求你的真實姓名、電子郵件、電話或精確位置，也沒有帳號。

目的與法律依據

為了營運寺廟：以你選的名稱向其他訪客顯示、保留你的座位與排隊位置，並維持服務安全與可用。依據是我們營運安全服務的正當利益，而名稱本身則來自你自己輸入的選擇。瀏覽器記住的內容是保存你的選擇所必需，因此不需要 Cookie 提示。造訪統計(Umami, Cloudflare Web Analytics)不使用 Cookie，也不含個人資料。Pagoda 不設定任何 Cookie。

保存多久

在伺服器上，你的名稱、座位、排隊位置與所在位置只存在記憶體中，沒有資料庫。你離開時即移除，連線中斷則最遲 25 秒後移除。為你保留的座位保留 30 秒。匿名累計數字（例如鞠躬次數）不含個人資料。在瀏覽器中，名稱、頭像、設定與隨機的返回代碼會留在本機儲存空間，直到你清除；工作階段儲存空間中的座位與通行證在關閉分頁時結束。應用程式的請求紀錄只留下方法、路由、狀態與處理時間，絕不記錄你的位址、名稱或代碼。前端的 Cloudflare 與網頁伺服器可能為安全與除錯保留各自的一般技術紀錄。

其他處理資料者

Cloudflare 負責傳送網站並位於你與我們的伺服器之間，因此為傳送頁面與阻擋濫用而處理你的網路位址與請求資訊，依其自身的隱私權政策。伺服器由我們的主機供應商作為受託處理者營運。Umami 在不使用 Cookie 與個人資料的情況下統計頁面瀏覽。Open-Meteo 向我們的伺服器提供粗略區域的天氣，絕不涉及你的位址或名稱。 Cloudflare, Inc. 也以 CDN 與受託處理者的身分提供重視隱私、不使用 Cookie 的 Web Analytics（彙總的頁面瀏覽與效能量測）；依其自身說明，不使用 Cookie 或本機儲存空間，也不做指紋辨識。Umami 自行架設於我們自己的基礎設施，不使用 Cookie，不儲存個人資料或 IP 位址，並統計頁面瀏覽與少數匿名的應用內事件（進入園區、選擇展廳、入座、分享）。

跨境傳輸

Cloudflare 營運全球網路，因此你的請求可能在你所在國家以外的資料中心處理，包括歐盟/歐洲經濟區或英國以外，並適用 Cloudflare 對此類傳輸採取的保護措施。除此之外，關於你的資料不會離開我們的伺服器；天氣請求不含個人資料。

兒童

Pagoda 對所有人開放，但不針對 13 歲以下兒童（部分國家為 16 歲）。我們刻意不蒐集個人資料；兒童應在家長或監護人同意下使用，且不應輸入真實姓名。

無需聯絡即可行使的權利

依你所在地（例如 GDPR、英國 GDPR 或 CCPA/CPRA)，你可能有權存取、更正、刪除、限制或反對使用你的資料，並向資料保護主管機關申訴。Pagoda 幾乎不保存任何資料，也沒有帳號，因此你可自行完成：在應用程式中更改名稱與頭像；離開寺廟後伺服器會在 25 秒內忘記你；清除瀏覽器中本站的資料以刪除其儲存的內容；在設定中重設你的選擇。我們不出售或分享個人資料，也不對你進行剖析或自動化決策。

安全

資料透過加密的 HTTPS 連線傳送，僅保存在記憶體中，並依網路位址限制開啟的連線數以減少濫用。沒有任何系統絕對安全，但需要保護的資料很少：沒有帳號、沒有密碼、沒有訊息紀錄。

變更與生效日

本政策自 2026-11-04 起生效。若有變更，我們會更新本頁與日期。

使用條款

使用寺廟

進入 Pagoda 即表示你同意這些條款。沒有帳號：你只需為此次造訪選一個名稱。若不同意，請勿使用本服務。

可接受的使用

請保持寺廟安靜而友善。禁止騷擾或濫用。請勿使用冒犯、仇恨、色情、誤導、廣告性質或冒用他人身分的名稱。我們可能不經通知移除名稱或結束造訪。

禁止自動化濫用

禁止使用機器人、腳本或自動化用戶端，禁止洗版動作或連線，禁止試圖繞過限制或探測伺服器，也禁止爬取或其他損害服務的行為。

依現況提供與可用性

Pagoda 依「現況」與「可用範圍」免費提供，不附任何形式的保證。服務可能隨時變更、暫停、關閉或無法使用。它不是真正的寺廟、宗教權威或醫療服務，也不提供宗教、醫療或心理建議。

內容與授權

寺廟及其圖像、聲音與文字屬於所有者或依授權使用；你可用於個人、非商業的造訪。開源元件適用各自的授權，列於下方「授權」一節。

供養

供養米飯完全出於自願，在獨立頁面進行，不會改變你在寺廟中能做的事。這是自願的贈與，不是購買。

責任限制

在法律允許的範圍內，所有者不對間接、附帶或衍生損失，或因使用或無法使用 Pagoda 而產生的任何損失負責。本條款不限制依法不得限制的責任，也不影響你依法享有的強制消費者權利。

準據法

本條款受服務所有者設立所在地適用之法律管轄，不剝奪你居住國的強制性保護。

變更與生效日

Pagoda 希望人人都能使用：可用鍵盤與螢幕閱讀器操作，支援較大的文字，並提供高對比與減少動態設定。

你可以在設定（標頭的齒輪圖示）中調整文字大小、對比、動態與聲音。也提供較輕量的 2D 檢視。

隨著寺廟成長，我們會持續改善無障礙。若現在有難以使用之處，請利用設定中的選項來調整。

回到寺廟
