Ai vận hành Pagoda

Pagoda do chủ sở hữu vận hành, người quyết định cách dùng dữ liệu bên dưới (bên kiểm soát dữ liệu). Dịch vụ này không có kênh liên hệ, nên mọi việc bạn muốn làm với dữ liệu của mình đều có thể tự làm ngay trong ứng dụng, như mô tả ở mục “Quyền của bạn”.

Dữ liệu được xử lý

Tên hiển thị và ảnh đại diện bạn chọn, chỗ ngồi hoặc vị trí trong hàng chờ, vị trí của bạn khi đi dạo trong khuôn viên, và các cử chỉ của bạn (cúi chào, chắp tay chào, lần chuỗi, đánh chuông). Địa chỉ mạng chỉ được dùng trong bộ nhớ để đếm số kết nối đang mở. Múi giờ của trình duyệt có thể được gửi để chọn vùng thời tiết thô; múi giờ không được ghi lại hay lưu trữ. Chúng tôi không bao giờ hỏi tên thật, email, số điện thoại hay vị trí chính xác của bạn, và không có tài khoản.

Mục đích và cơ sở pháp lý

Để vận hành chùa: hiển thị bạn với khách khác dưới tên bạn chọn, giữ chỗ ngồi và vị trí hàng chờ, giữ dịch vụ an toàn và hoạt động. Cơ sở là lợi ích chính đáng của chúng tôi trong việc vận hành một dịch vụ an toàn và, riêng với tên, là việc bạn tự nhập. Những gì trình duyệt ghi nhớ thật sự cần thiết để giữ lựa chọn của bạn, nên không cần biểu ngữ cookie. Thống kê truy cập (Umami, Cloudflare Web Analytics) không dùng cookie và không có dữ liệu cá nhân. Pagoda không đặt cookie.

Thời gian lưu giữ

Trên máy chủ, tên, chỗ ngồi, vị trí hàng chờ và vị trí của bạn chỉ nằm trong bộ nhớ, không có cơ sở dữ liệu. Chúng bị xóa khi bạn rời đi, và chậm nhất 25 giây sau khi mất kết nối. Một chỗ ngồi giữ cho bạn được giữ 30 giây. Các tổng số ẩn danh (ví dụ số lần cúi chào) không chứa dữ liệu cá nhân. Trong trình duyệt, tên, ảnh đại diện, cài đặt và một mã quay lại ngẫu nhiên ở trong local storage cho tới khi bạn xóa; chỗ ngồi và vé vào cổng trong session storage mất khi bạn đóng tab. Nhật ký yêu cầu của ứng dụng chỉ ghi phương thức, tuyến, trạng thái và thời gian xử lý, không bao giờ ghi địa chỉ, tên hay mã của bạn. Cloudflare và các máy chủ web phía trước có thể giữ nhật ký kỹ thuật thông thường riêng để bảo mật và xử lý sự cố.

Bên khác xử lý dữ liệu

Cloudflare phân phối trang web và đứng giữa bạn với máy chủ của chúng tôi, nên xử lý địa chỉ mạng và thông tin yêu cầu của bạn để phân phối trang và chặn lạm dụng, theo chính sách riêng tư của họ. Bên lưu trữ vận hành máy chủ cho chúng tôi với tư cách bên xử lý dữ liệu. Umami đếm lượt xem trang mà không dùng cookie hay dữ liệu cá nhân. Open-Meteo cung cấp thời tiết cho máy chủ của chúng tôi theo một vùng thô, không bao giờ kèm địa chỉ hay tên của bạn. Cloudflare, Inc. cũng cung cấp Web Analytics ưu tiên quyền riêng tư, không cookie (lượt xem trang và hiệu năng ở dạng tổng hợp) trong vai trò CDN và bên xử lý của chúng tôi; theo mô tả của chính họ, dịch vụ này không dùng cookie hay local storage và không lấy dấu vân tay. Umami tự lưu trữ trên hạ tầng của chúng tôi, không dùng cookie, không lưu dữ liệu cá nhân hay địa chỉ IP, và đếm lượt xem trang cùng một vài sự kiện ẩn danh trong ứng dụng (vào khuôn viên, chọn sảnh, ngồi xuống, chia sẻ).

Chuyển dữ liệu ra nước ngoài

Cloudflare vận hành mạng lưới toàn cầu, nên yêu cầu của bạn có thể được xử lý tại trung tâm dữ liệu ngoài nước bạn, kể cả ngoài EU/EEA hoặc Vương quốc Anh, theo các biện pháp bảo vệ Cloudflare áp dụng cho việc chuyển này. Ngoài ra, không có gì về bạn rời khỏi máy chủ của chúng tôi; các yêu cầu thời tiết không chứa dữ liệu cá nhân.

Trẻ em

Pagoda mở cho mọi người nhưng không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi (16 tuổi ở một số quốc gia). Chúng tôi chủ ý không thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân; trẻ em chỉ nên vào khi được cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ đồng ý và không nên nhập tên thật.

Quyền của bạn, không cần liên hệ

Tùy nơi bạn sống (ví dụ theo GDPR, UK GDPR hoặc CCPA/CPRA), bạn có thể có quyền truy cập, sửa, xóa, hạn chế hoặc phản đối việc dùng dữ liệu, và khiếu nại với cơ quan bảo vệ dữ liệu. Pagoda gần như không lưu gì và không có tài khoản, nên bạn tự làm được: đổi tên và ảnh đại diện trong ứng dụng; rời chùa và máy chủ quên bạn trong vòng 25 giây; xóa dữ liệu trang này trong trình duyệt để xóa những gì nó đã lưu; đặt lại lựa chọn trong Cài đặt. Chúng tôi không bán hay chia sẻ dữ liệu cá nhân, không lập hồ sơ và không ra quyết định tự động về bạn.

Bảo mật

Dữ liệu đi qua kết nối HTTPS được mã hóa, chỉ nằm trong bộ nhớ, và số kết nối đang mở bị giới hạn theo từng địa chỉ mạng để hạn chế lạm dụng. Không hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối, nhưng có rất ít thứ cần bảo vệ: không tài khoản, không mật khẩu, không lịch sử tin nhắn.

Thay đổi và ngày hiệu lực

Chính sách này có hiệu lực từ 2026-11-04. Nếu thay đổi, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật trang này và ngày của nó.

Điều khoản sử dụng

Sử dụng chùa

Không dùng bot, script hay ứng dụng tự động, không gửi dồn dập cử chỉ hay kết nối, không tìm cách vượt giới hạn hoặc dò quét máy chủ, và không thu thập dữ liệu hay hoạt động nào khác gây hại cho dịch vụ.

Nguyên trạng và tính sẵn sàng

Pagoda được cung cấp “nguyên trạng” và “khi có thể”, miễn phí và không kèm bất kỳ bảo đảm nào. Dịch vụ có thể thay đổi, tạm dừng, đóng cửa hoặc không truy cập được bất cứ lúc nào. Pagoda không phải là ngôi chùa thật, không phải thẩm quyền tôn giáo hay dịch vụ y tế, và không đưa ra lời khuyên về tôn giáo, y khoa hay tâm lý.

Nội dung và giấy phép

Ngôi chùa, hình ảnh, âm thanh và văn bản thuộc về chủ sở hữu hoặc được dùng theo giấy phép; bạn có thể dùng cho việc ghé thăm cá nhân, phi thương mại. Các thành phần mã nguồn mở giữ giấy phép riêng, liệt kê ở mục Giấy phép bên dưới.

Cúng dường

Cúng dường gạo hoàn toàn tùy tâm, diễn ra ở một trang riêng và không thay đổi những gì bạn làm được trong chùa. Đó là món quà tự nguyện, không phải giao dịch mua bán.

Giới hạn trách nhiệm

Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, chủ sở hữu không chịu trách nhiệm về thiệt hại gián tiếp, ngẫu nhiên hay hệ quả, hoặc bất kỳ thiệt hại nào do dùng hay không thể dùng Pagoda. Không điều gì ở đây giới hạn trách nhiệm mà luật không cho phép giới hạn, hay quyền người tiêu dùng bắt buộc của bạn.

Luật điều chỉnh

Thay đổi và ngày hiệu lực

Khả năng truy cập

Pagoda hướng tới việc ai cũng dùng được: dùng được bằng bàn phím, trình đọc màn hình, cỡ chữ lớn, và có chế độ tương phản cao và giảm chuyển động.

Bạn có thể đổi cỡ chữ, độ tương phản, chuyển động và âm thanh trong Cài đặt (biểu tượng bánh răng ở đầu trang). Ngôi chùa cũng có chế độ xem 2D nhẹ hơn.
