Pagoda 운영자

Pagoda는 운영자(개인정보 처리자)가 운영하며, 아래 정보를 어떻게 쓸지 정합니다. 이 서비스에는 연락 창구가 없으므로, 정보에 관해 하고 싶은 일은 “권리” 항목에 설명한 대로 앱에서 직접 할 수 있습니다.

처리하는 정보

직접 고른 표시 이름과 아바타, 앉은 자리나 대기열 순번, 경내를 걷는 동안의 위치, 그리고 동작(절, 인사, 염주, 종)입니다. 네트워크 주소는 열린 연결 수를 세기 위해 메모리에서만 쓰입니다. 대략적인 날씨 지역을 정하려고 브라우저의 시간대가 전송될 수 있으며, 기록하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 실명, 이메일, 전화번호, 정확한 위치는 요구하지 않으며 계정도 없습니다.

목적과 법적 근거

사찰을 운영하기 위해서입니다. 고른 이름으로 다른 방문자에게 보이고, 자리와 대기 순번을 유지하며, 서비스를 안전하게 운영합니다. 근거는 안전한 서비스를 운영하려는 정당한 이익이며, 이름은 직접 입력하신 행위입니다. 브라우저가 기억하는 정보는 선택을 유지하는 데 꼭 필요하므로 쿠키 배너가 필요하지 않습니다. 방문 통계(Umami, Cloudflare Web Analytics)는 쿠키와 개인정보를 쓰지 않습니다. Pagoda는 쿠키를 설정하지 않습니다.

보관 기간

서버에서 이름, 자리, 대기 순번, 위치는 데이터베이스 없이 메모리에만 있습니다. 나가시면 삭제되고, 연결이 끊긴 경우 늦어도 25초 후 삭제됩니다. 잡아 둔 자리는 30초 동안 유지됩니다. 익명 누적 수치(예: 절한 횟수)에는 개인정보가 없습니다. 브라우저에서는 이름, 아바타, 설정, 무작위 재접속 코드가 지우기 전까지 로컬 저장소에 남고, 세션 저장소의 자리와 입장권은 탭을 닫으면 사라집니다. 애플리케이션의 요청 로그에는 메서드, 경로, 상태, 처리 시간만 남고 주소, 이름, 토큰은 남지 않습니다. 앞단의 Cloudflare와 웹 서버는 보안과 문제 해결을 위해 자체 일반 기술 로그를 보관할 수 있습니다.

정보를 다루는 다른 주체

Cloudflare는 사이트를 전달하며 방문자와 서버 사이에 있어, 페이지 전달과 악용 차단을 위해 네트워크 주소와 요청 정보를 자체 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 다룹니다. 서버는 호스팅 업체가 처리자로서 운영합니다. Umami는 쿠키나 개인정보 없이 페이지 조회를 집계합니다. Open-Meteo는 대략적인 지역의 날씨를 서버에 제공하며, 주소나 이름은 전달되지 않습니다. Cloudflare, Inc.는 CDN이자 처리자로서 개인정보를 우선하고 쿠키를 쓰지 않는 Web Analytics(집계된 페이지 조회와 성능 측정)도 제공하며, 자체 설명에 따르면 쿠키나 로컬 저장소, 핑거프린팅을 사용하지 않습니다. Umami는 자체 인프라에서 직접 운영되고 쿠키를 쓰지 않으며, 개인정보나 IP 주소를 저장하지 않습니다. 페이지 조회와 앱 내 익명 이벤트 몇 가지(부지 입장, 홀 선택, 착석, 공유)를 집계합니다.

국외 이전

Cloudflare는 전 세계 네트워크를 운영하므로 요청이 EU/EEA나 영국 밖을 포함해 거주 국가 밖의 데이터센터에서 처리될 수 있으며, 이때 Cloudflare가 적용하는 보호 조치를 따릅니다. 그 밖에 서버에서 나가는 개인 정보는 없으며, 날씨 요청에는 개인정보가 없습니다.

어린이

Pagoda는 누구나 이용할 수 있지만 13세 미만(일부 국가는 16세 미만) 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 개인정보를 일부러 수집하지 않으며, 어린이는 부모나 보호자의 동의 아래 이용하고 실명은 입력하지 말아야 합니다.

연락 없이 행사하는 권리

거주 지역에 따라(예: GDPR, 영국 GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) 정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 제한, 이의 제기와 감독기관에 대한 민원 권리가 있을 수 있습니다. Pagoda는 거의 아무것도 저장하지 않고 계정도 없으므로 직접 할 수 있습니다. 앱에서 이름과 아바타를 바꾸고, 사찰을 나가면 서버는 25초 안에 잊으며, 브라우저에서 이 사이트의 데이터를 지우면 저장된 것이 삭제되고, 설정에서 선택을 초기화할 수 있습니다. 개인정보를 판매하거나 공유하지 않으며, 프로파일링이나 자동화된 결정을 하지 않습니다.

보안

정보는 암호화된 HTTPS 연결로 전송되고 메모리에만 보관되며, 악용을 줄이기 위해 네트워크 주소별로 열린 연결 수를 제한합니다. 완벽히 안전한 시스템은 없지만 지킬 것이 거의 없습니다. 계정도, 비밀번호도, 메시지 기록도 없습니다.

변경 및 시행일

이 방침은 2026-11-04부터 적용됩니다. 변경되면 이 페이지와 날짜를 갱신합니다.

이용약관

사찰 이용

Pagoda에 들어가면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 계정은 없으며, 방문에 쓸 이름만 고릅니다. 동의하지 않으면 서비스를 이용하지 마세요.

허용되는 이용

사찰을 조용하고 친절하게 지켜 주세요. 괴롭힘이나 악용은 안 됩니다. 모욕적, 혐오적, 선정적이거나 오해를 부르는 이름, 광고, 타인을 사칭하는 이름은 쓰지 마세요. 이름을 삭제하거나 예고 없이 방문을 종료할 수 있습니다.

자동화된 악용 금지

봇, 스크립트, 자동화 클라이언트, 동작이나 연결의 도배, 제한 우회나 서버 탐색 시도, 서비스에 해를 끼치는 스크래핑 등의 행위는 금지됩니다.

현 상태 제공과 가용성

Pagoda는 “있는 그대로”, “이용 가능한 범위에서” 무료로 제공되며 어떠한 보증도 없습니다. 언제든 변경, 중단, 종료되거나 이용할 수 없을 수 있습니다. 실제 사찰도, 종교 권위도, 의료 서비스도 아니며 종교적, 의학적, 심리적 조언을 하지 않습니다.

콘텐츠와 라이선스

사찰과 그 그림, 소리, 글은 운영자에게 속하거나 라이선스에 따라 사용되며, 개인적이고 비상업적인 방문에 한해 이용할 수 있습니다. 오픈소스 구성 요소는 각자의 라이선스를 따르며 아래 라이선스 항목에 있습니다.

공양

쌀 공양은 전적으로 선택이며 별도의 페이지에서 이루어지고, 사찰에서 할 수 있는 일에 영향을 주지 않습니다. 자발적인 선물이며 구매가 아닙니다.

책임의 제한

법이 허용하는 범위에서 운영자는 간접적, 부수적, 결과적 손해나 Pagoda를 이용했거나 이용하지 못해 생긴 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 법으로 제한할 수 없는 책임이나 필수적인 소비자 권리는 제한되지 않습니다.

준거법

이 약관은 서비스 운영자가 소재한 곳에 적용되는 법의 적용을 받으며, 거주 국가의 강행적 보호를 박탈하지 않습니다.

접근성

Pagoda는 누구나 사용할 수 있도록 만들었습니다. 키보드와 화면 낭독기, 큰 글자 크기에서 동작하며 고대비와 움직임 줄이기 설정이 있습니다.

글자 크기, 대비, 움직임, 소리는 설정(상단의 톱니바퀴)에서 바꿀 수 있습니다. 더 가벼운 2D 보기도 있습니다.

사찰이 자라면서 접근성도 계속 개선합니다. 지금 이용하기 어려운 점이 있다면 설정의 옵션으로 맞춰 보세요.
