Pagoda の運営者

Pagoda は運営者が運営し、以下の情報の使い方を決めます(管理者)。このサービスには連絡窓口がないため、ご自身の情報についてしたいことは、「権利」の項に記したとおり、アプリ内でご自身で行えます。

取り扱う情報

ご自身で選んだ表示名とアバター、座った席や待ち列の順番、境内を歩いている間の位置、そして動作(お辞儀、挨拶、数珠、鐘)です。ネットワークアドレスは、開いている接続数を数えるためにメモリ上でのみ使われます。おおまかな天気の地域を選ぶため、ブラウザのタイムゾーンが送られることがありますが、記録も保存もされません。本名、メール、電話番号、正確な位置情報は求めず、アカウントもありません。

目的と法的根拠

お寺を運営するためです。選んだ名前で他の参拝者に表示し、席と待ち順を保ち、サービスを安全に稼働させます。根拠は、安全なサービスを運営するという私たちの正当な利益であり、名前についてはご自身が入力するという選択です。ブラウザが覚える内容は選択を保持するために不可欠なので、Cookie の同意バナーは不要です。訪問統計(Umami, Cloudflare Web Analytics)は Cookie も個人情報も使いません。Pagoda は Cookie を設定しません。

保管期間

サーバー上では、名前、席、待ち順、位置はデータベースなしでメモリにのみあります。退出すると削除され、接続が切れた場合は遅くとも25秒後に削除されます。確保された席は30秒間保持されます。匿名の累計(例:お辞儀の回数)には個人情報は含まれません。ブラウザでは、名前、アバター、設定、ランダムな再入場コードが、消去するまでローカルストレージに残り、セッションストレージの席と入場券はタブを閉じると終わります。アプリケーションのリクエストログには、メソッド、ルート、ステータス、処理時間だけが残り、あなたのアドレス、名前、トークンは記録されません。前段の Cloudflare やウェブサーバーは、セキュリティと障害対応のため独自の通常の技術ログを保持する場合があります。

情報を扱うその他の事業者

Cloudflare はサイトを配信し、あなたと私たちのサーバーの間に入るため、ページの配信と不正の遮断のためにネットワークアドレスやリクエスト情報を、自社のプライバシーポリシーに従って扱います。サーバーはホスティング事業者が委託先として運用します。Umami は Cookie も個人情報も使わずにページ閲覧数を数えます。Open-Meteo は、おおまかな地域の天気を当方のサーバーに提供し、あなたのアドレスや名前は送られません。 Cloudflare, Inc. は CDN および委託先として、プライバシーを優先し Cookie を使わない Web Analytics(集計されたページ閲覧とパフォーマンスの計測)も提供しており、同社の説明によれば Cookie やローカルストレージ、フィンガープリンティングは使いません。Umami は自前のインフラでセルフホストされ、Cookie を使わず、個人情報や IP アドレスは保存しません。ページ閲覧数と、アプリ内の匿名イベントをいくつか(敷地への入場、ホールの選択、着席、共有)を数えます。

国外への移転

Cloudflare は世界規模のネットワークを運用しているため、リクエストはお住まいの国の外(EU/EEA や英国の外を含む)のデータセンターで処理されることがあり、その際は Cloudflare が適用する保護措置に従います。それ以外に、あなたに関する情報がサーバーの外へ出ることはなく、天気のリクエストに個人情報は含まれません。

お子さま

Pagoda はどなたでもご利用いただけますが、13歳未満(一部の国では16歳未満)のお子さまを対象としていません。個人情報は意図的に収集しません。お子さまは保護者の同意のもとで利用し、本名を入力しないでください。

連絡せずに行使できる権利

お住まいの地域により(例:GDPR、英国 GDPR、CCPA/CPRA)、情報へのアクセス、訂正、削除、制限、異議申し立ての権利や、監督機関への苦情申し立ての権利があります。Pagoda はほとんど何も保存せずアカウントもないため、ご自身で行えます。アプリで名前とアバターを変更する、お寺を出ればサーバーは25秒以内にあなたを忘れる、ブラウザでこのサイトのデータを消去すれば保存されたものが消える、設定で選択をリセットする、などです。個人情報の販売や共有、プロファイリング、自動化された判断は行いません。

安全管理

情報は暗号化された HTTPS 接続で送られ、メモリ上にのみ保持され、不正を減らすためネットワークアドレスごとに開く接続数を制限しています。完全に安全なシステムはありませんが、守るものはごくわずかです。アカウントも、パスワードも、メッセージ履歴もありません。

変更と施行日

このポリシーは 2026-11-04 から有効です。変更する場合は、このページと日付を更新します。

利用規約

お寺の利用

Pagoda に入ることで、この規約に同意したものとみなします。アカウントはなく、訪問のための名前を選ぶだけです。同意されない場合は、サービスをご利用にならないでください。

許容される利用

お寺を静かに、穏やかに保ってください。嫌がらせや不正は禁止です。攻撃的、憎悪的、性的、誤解を招く名前、広告、他人になりすます名前は使わないでください。名前の削除や、予告なしの訪問の終了を行うことがあります。

自動化による不正利用の禁止

ボット、スクリプト、自動化クライアント、動作や接続の連打、制限の回避やサーバーへの探査、サービスに害を与えるスクレイピングなどは禁止です。

現状のままの提供と可用性

Pagoda は「現状のまま」「提供可能な範囲で」無料で提供され、いかなる保証もありません。いつでも変更、休止、終了、または利用できなくなることがあります。本物のお寺でも宗教的権威でも医療サービスでもなく、宗教的・医学的・心理的な助言は行いません。

コンテンツとライセンス

お寺とその絵、音、文章は運営者に帰属するか、ライセンスに基づいて使用されており、個人的で非商業の訪問に限って利用できます。オープンソースの部品はそれぞれのライセンスに従い、下のライセンスの項に記載されています。

お供え

お米のお供えは完全に任意で、別のページで行われ、お寺でできることは何も変わりません。自発的な贈り物であり、購入ではありません。

責任の制限

法律が許す範囲で、運営者は、間接的、付随的、結果的な損害、および Pagoda の利用または利用不能から生じるあらゆる損害について責任を負いません。法律上制限できない責任や、強行規定である消費者の権利は、ここで制限されません。
